The Republican Party is in power in the Ga Legislative for now, they have the political power now, what they are understimating is that the Latino political power is just awakening. The more hostility we receive from the establishment the more personal it becomes. I am an American citizen that happens to be of Latino origins and all these measures to mimnimize that dreams and legitimate aspirations of these thousand of students barred from state collages I take them very personal. It seems that because of our ethnic bacground we should be undesirables. What the Republican Party have failed to understand is that without the Hispanic vote they will not winn the presidency. Their hostility and uncooperation with the issue of undocumented immigration have gone very far already. Republican politicians haven't realized that our vote could be decisive in their political aspirations. We have been left behind from the promisses . of the President Obama concerning his promised to fix the immigration issue, however, in looking and considering all the obstacles Mr Obama have encountered with the Republicans during his administration I can see that immigration became less important in an agenda filled with chanllenges. That does not justified failing in his promissed, Mr Obama won the prsidency with 64 % of the Hispanic vote. Would him once again winn the trust lost already in the Latino hearts ? The Republican Party in Ga totally understimate the political power of the Latino voter. They believe that we are not contenders a lot. As the understanding of our rights resourging grows stronger in the State. Our presence is also more visible, perhaps it will be late already when they realize our imput in their political destiny could be decisive for their survivel. Those who wrote hostile legislatives laws against the Latino young people or others will be for ever remember. We will keep them very close to our memories in elections to come.

I don't know if it is appropiate to put this VERY important concern in your webb. I've heard that Marco Rubio, the congressman from Florida has been brought back to the lame light now by the suggestion from Mit Ronney unofficially have strongly suggessted that he (Marc Rubio) could be his Vice President nominee. As you can imaging my concerns were profundly touched and put in alert by the fact that Mr Rubio. (the shining star of the Republican Party in Florida) could be in such position. Marc Rubio is a bigot,he is a political opportunist, that exploits politics for his won political interest, especially when has to do with elevem or thirteen million of undocumented immigrants. Record has it , he opposses any posibilitiy to solve the problem of undocumented immigrants. He actually lobbied for mass deportation, he has oppossed the Drean Act, denial of any rights for the undocumented immigrants. To watch this man blasting the most vulnerable segment of our population with such rigor and actually with such insennsitivity is just beyond me, That attitude will not win any emotions if these attacks would have come from Arpaio or Rush Limbaeu or any of those pundits out there but to come as a blast from a Latino law maker as Rubio is just beyond my comprehention. Marco Rubio whose parents came from Cuba and he himself when a child, could be so anti-immigrant is jsut uncomprehensible. ! Tjat is why will encourage ALL of you to block any nomination or political hope this man may have for his political future. Please block any possibility for this man to win the core of the electorate, polarising deeper the gap betwen solutions and enforcement on the immigration debate.
Please let Marco Rubio that you will not stand for his draconic, antihuman and antiamerican aspirations to continue inflicting pain on people that deserve to be respected and help out to become a better people in th eyes of the law.

Untill the Supreme Court will not render all these laws unconstitutionals the states will contninue to ennact draconic laws such as those in Alabama and Georgia. In Ga, we know we have a governor that won his elections under the plataform of cleansing the state of "illegals" who are taking the work of the citizens of the State, according to his stimation. However when the Ga farmers cried out to him for the losses of the last harvest, he put in mission his master plan. To bring all the prisonners and welfare recipients to do the job. As we all know that was a recipe for disaster. Farmers in Ga lost illions of dollars in revenue. This governor Mr Deal is so narrow minded that he doesn't calculate the consequences of his racists and bigotry.
What a great idea ! However, this news have not been on the main stream media. Neither the in the news at night in any of the main networks except in the Spanish network of Univision. Let's face it ! The main media and in particularly the conservative and nativists do not have any interest in solve the undocumented immigration issue since it is a fount of fire to light up their political campaigns. Look for example the Republicans, none of them except Perry showed a little compasion and directive in the subject. But in doing so it costed dearly ! The right wing of the Republican Party and all of those in the Tea Party lashed at him without clememcy, the "joke" Herman Kine utterered as "let us put an electrical fense with cocodriles in the border states" to detain the "illegals", also costed him on one side respect and the other side admiration, at the end of the day he stated "that was a joke ", How inconsidered ! The rest of the pack the use the issue as a shield when they feel treaten by the posible constituencies votes. It is clear, therefore, the immigration issue during this election preparation year become an important source of bigitry and bias, plus the exageration and the misinformation, the twisting facts scenarios and the fear as agreat posibility to capitalized votes. Especially when it comes with the economy. jobs, jobs jobs. I hope and pray the Mexican Senators will be able to convince or at least to demostrate that, the unducumented immigrants are productive people. That repression will not contribute to solve the problem that is already past due. If we could give the legality to those who need it, we will inject billions of dollars into our economy and also will bring a normalcy which is long gone needed in America

Immigrants that have paid taxes in everyway, never being acussed of a crime, good laborees and good families have been targeted by the anti racist entourage of Nathan Deal's goverment and his pinions.
Mr. Nick Valencia,
I regret and apologize for the ignorant, racist, judgmental, negative comments Americans [all immigrants except for the Native Americans] verbally throw in your face.
My family has witnessed the same behavior when with our Hispanic Friends. I was shocked, embarrassed @ the total misunderstanding of the Hispanic population in GA.
My family's hearts are broken; my daughter's fiancee was deported in late March 2011; he was attending college - paying for all expenses, receiving no help from GA or USA for his college costs. His Mother works long, hard hours; Ignacio was the only Father Figure known to his 3 younger sisters. He was involved in Calhoun [GA] MultiSports, volunteered his time to Mentor young Hispanic males, instilled moral values, the importance of dedication to education, being involved in school activities, being proper young ladies. He is an American; he knows nothing of Mexico. Now, he is living in a foreign land - as America is the only home he has known.
We have seen Grace Kennedy @ Kuck Immigration attorneys; she is professional and has a heart, knows first hand the sorrows, fears, loss we are experiencing.
We pray daily for the laws in GA will have compassion and look @ each case. We pray daily for Ignacio's safety. We pray for a savior to help us.
Thank you for speaking out.
Warmly,

The trial of Mr Kent bias against not only "legal Immigration" or else is evident is his writtings. Whether his fear in loosing the whiteness of America be rational or irrational is plain wrong. This man being appointed to the Immigration Review Board by our Governor reflects Mr Deal own bias against immigration, particularly against the undocumented immgrants in Ga. Because his narrow minded expectation millions of dollars were lost for the agricultural sector, not to mentionned the hospitality and restaurant industry reported also great losts during high season in Ga due to the shortage of laborers. Recently I spent a week in Lake Lanier Island Resort where I have been many times. This time though is was different, service was horrible, the chamber maids cut corners in their cleanng the rooms, the food was bland, the service in the restaurants was terrible. Suddently I realized that all the Hispanic personnel working the previous year is not there anymore. Due to the infamous HB 87, I have to pay the same fees in this resort and have to put up with such bad service provided by people that has not idea of what they're doing much less like whjat they do. Mr Deal appointing Mr Kent for this board recomfirms my theory that Mr Governor is using this pundit of Mr Kent to express his own personal views for the whitness of Ga. What a joke !
